Reported Animal Abuse Cases
CTVNews.ca reported that a 14-year-old boy struck a 62-year-old man in the face and kicked his dog after a verbal argument. The boy was reportedly arrested and charged with cruelty to animals, assault, weapons possession, impersonation, and three counts of failing to comply with a release order.
